Week 2 in Argentina

Hola! wow everyone its only been my second week in Argentina? weird. what can i say me and my companion get a long very well! i love her so much. i think its hilarious how mel has a companion from buenos aires. the communication is hard but its okay. Ya mel everyone stares at me here too! its awkward and then they say "Sus oios son muy linda" your eyes are so beautiful. anyway i know how you feel. the man i told you about, i should have called him a young man hah hes only 23. His name is Jesus and he has a friend who decided to listen the second time we taught him. his friend is Juan which i find so funny and ironic because Juan baptized Jesus i hope you all understand what I'm trying to say. anyway they both have a problem with the word of wisdom. remember anything is possible through Jesus Christ.

also i met this awesome man, alberto! hes in his late 30s and loves music. we met him on the colectivo (the bus) and he played us a song on his guitar. i recorded it wish i could send videos but esta bein! anyway he is just so nice and happy. he said he would go to church but then he didn't go. hopefully next week he will. a lot of our investigadores say that they are going to go to church and then we dont see them there. es triste!

This Saturday we have a baptism! for Gabriel, hes 18. I'm super excited for him and i hope he understands the purpose of baptism and why he wants to. because hes not very open with us. every time i ask him a question he says "no se" i don't know, hah i need to patient.
i love all of my investigadores so much! and i honestly want the best of all of them. being a missionary is not easy. i still don't know what they are saying have of the time. but the people here are so nice and patient. i love it here! hah i went to McDonald's today to have a little taste of America. but the burgers are better here. the fries are better in America hah just saying. i will send more pics of my area! its very very city like. lots of trash in the streets and muddy roads. My area is pretty poor. i hope you all are doing well. i love being a missionary!
