Feliz día de Primavera!!!‏ {September 22nd}

This week i honeslty dont have much to say. but it was a great week! This week we had  stake conference and i got to go saturday and sunday. it was inspiring.

This week was a huge holiday in Chile so my comp and i sang songs from Chile. and i was thinking about Mel celebrating with those chilenos. Also Happy Spring!!! Feliz día de Primavera! it was yesterday. and its getting hot over here but theres some nice winds so im living.

Also i got the wonderful chance to do divisiones. its fun to see how the sisters work and learn from them. i noticed hahaah i think im the only one that needs to learn. the sisters in my zone are so great!!!
One of the things that i heard in the conference is that the lord is preparing his work. everyone, pero EVERYONE is going to know the true Gospel. We as members need to open our mouths and share it with everyone. i can tell you all that it brings a joy that isnt replacable. dont be scared just share your happiness with our brothers and sisters. we are a family of God.

I love you all!!!!
Besitos!!

goodness {September 15th}

My dearest family and friends,

 This week was also filled with rainy days. dont worry. i was singing in the rain. we´re still searching for people who want to change their lives. i got the chance to go the the temple with my ward. that was something special. like the song, "i love to see the temple" i really do!! i needed to feel some peace. Manuel, Maru(inactive member) came with us.

I have an interesting experience to share with you all. i had the wonderful opportunity to go to a baptism of one of my past investigators in Morón, his name is Martin. He is married to hermana Escobar who is a member of the church. when i was in morón we tried our best to invite martin to come to church and we did invite him to be baptized on certain dates. but he always accepted the dates and then would get scared. A crisis happened in there dear family brian his nephew had a horrible accident and within a month he died. this is a story that i hold dear to my heart and thats why i´ve never told you all. brian was an inactive member and we were trying to get him back to church. when he was in the hospital Hna olson and i had the privlege to go visit him. i have never seen someone so happy in my life. he told me that he wanted to go on a mission once he got out of the hospital. Brian was hooked up to a breathing machine and he couldnt move anything from his shoulders down to his toes. but he was the happiest in the room and glowing. we sang his favorite hymns and shared a thought from a talk of being grateful and left him with a prayer. short after this visit, Brian, a 20yr old boy, passed away. this family was such a huge example to me. they prayed and prayed and never stopped coming to church.

A couple of months later, Martin, changed completely and was baptized. Hna Escobar talked about how i taught martin and brian and that we know that Brian is now a missionary and is teaching in the spirit world. i know that our dear lord has a perfect plan and works in His time. i will never foget this moment. never, and i am forever grateful.

Another experience, picture this my comp and i were heading back home from the baptism on the bus. there was the window the boy, my comp, and me... and all of the sudden the glass shattered across our bodies. not one of us was touched or harmed. the Lord does protect us. i know it.

love youu allll!!!!

"eyyy sos linda!"‏ {September 8th}

Hello my dearies!!! :)

This week was surely interesting. Full of meetings. i had to meetings with a member from the 70ty Elder Gonzalez, one as leaders and the other with multiple zones. it was a great experience to learn and feel the promptings of the things that i need to change and do better. this week we are going to have some capacitaciones with president and the asisstants to better our teaching. Also it was a week full of rain and let me tell you that days we got to work no one but no one! wanted to talk to us. its okay i have to remind myself that rejection is normal.

I dont have much to say this week. but im ready for a week without rain and sadly its starting to get warmer here. Sadly only Manuel came to church this week but hey he{s doing great! these past weeks in church the members are teaching how to use technology to share the gospel. and oh my gosh hahahha my friends im missing out on technology over here. hahha its okay there will be lots of things waiting for me. Ive been reading a lot lately about the holy ghost and i found it so interesting to know that the gift of the holy ghost is something very personal. everyone of us has a different way of learning like visual or by reading or writting. and the holy ghost speaks to us the exact way that we need. not everyone feels the spirit the same way and thats why. im so grateful for the gift of the holy ghost because without it i cant be anything and its the why i learn.

I love you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

¿faa que te pasa?‏ {September 1st}

Bueno my dearies and loved ones,

This week went by very quickly i honestly dont have too much to say. I have been praying all week to find a family where the couple is actually legally married. This week my prayer was answered we found a cute family and theyre married!!! we´ve only had one lesson with them but it went very well. there names are Damian and Vanessa so pray for them.

 Sunday, Manuel, is doing went and hasnt smoked or drank for a week. Rodrigo, came up to us after church and told us that he wants to get baptized. He living with a less active member so they need to get married and stop smoking and drinking. If he gains a testimony that all these things are true i know that he´ll do anything to be baptized. Jorge is still coming to church every week on his bike. but his wife graciela is on and off about the church. one day shes happy and listens to us and the next day shes mad at jorge and doesnt want to listen to us.

 Tuesday, i had a division with hna Roberts and it was very fun. next transfer shes going home and shes such a great example because shes working diligently until the end. It just reminded myself on how precious is my time here in the mission. I now have 13 months. Mel feliz 13 meses!!! i miss you and love you. keep working hard. I know that this time is so important and that its changing our lives.

Love you all!!!!

This weather is BIPOLAR‏ {August 25th}

My Dearies,

Well i made an error in my last email. im in charge of 10 sisters haha not 10 companionships. anyway you get the point! This week we died of heat and got out the bicicletas yayyy baby. then yesterday during church we had a random hail storm and it hailed hard.
Manuel, whos 18, we stopped teaching him for a week and yesterday he came to church and came up to me and gave me his lighter and cigarrillos. baby steps. he took a step so this week we are going to teach him. please pray for him he has so much potential.

As an Hna líder i had my first division with hna mumford. i was so nervous and wasnt sure how to help her but right in the moment the Lord helped me and i listened and followed to what came. i know that he is helping me in my new calling and im super happy. its really something to be a leader its a privilege and i can feel all the confidence that He has in me.
Well we are still on the search for news. but i think i have found my querida amiga. her name is graciela and she loves the mormons. shes doing great. she told me that she felt a special connection with me and feels like shes known me before this life. I know that i got sent to this area right at the right time. I am finding my brothers and sisters who i promised i would find them in the pre mortal life. its pure GOZO y FELICIDAD :)
les amo mucho!!!
