Week of May 19th (9 month pics) :)

my dearest family and friends,

it has been a great week! first off it was lovely because i had a camera to capture the moments. second, because i was so happy to see our investigators in church sunday!!!! we had 6 of our investigators come :D i literally jumped up and down with joy and had to stop myself. My comp and i are finding people who want to progress. im so grateful and feel so blessed.
sadly, my comp is still sick but has in pain in her body. and now im officially sick also but with a horrible cough and sore throat. my comp wont find out whats going on with her until she gets all of
her tests back from the doctor.
anyway im super excited for this week!!! we found a family of 7!!! so we are looking forward to June. we went to the cemetery again and i took pictures!! so yáll will get to see what it looks like. take care!!! i love you all and i know that this is the true church.

Mother's Day!

Well as you all know I got the chance to speak to my family and MEL! :) i think hearing from her makes me feel so much clamer. sorry my english is going down hill. but it was so nice to see my beautiful family. Lexi im sorry that you had to work but please know that i missed you and love you! haha i find my family more precious and more beautiful in this time so far away from them. i really couldnt express everything i wanted to say in english but i know that my family felt the spirit.

Today is one great day! I bought myself a camera. its not the best but its a camera! :) so i will now get to send you all pictures YAYYY. also today im with hna peterson while my comp had to go to the hospital. i hope they can figure whats going on with her so that she can keep going. this is my last with her before transfers.

9 Months In...We're half way there!

My dearest family and friends!

it's weird to think that i now have 9 months in the mission and i only have 9 more. i honestly dont want it to end. its definitely been a fun 9 months i have learned so much and im still learning. i took some funny pictures like Mel too but wont be sending them until the next because my comp didnt bring her camera today.

this week my comp has been super sick and still is sick. im really worry about her. its been 2 weeks now of throwing up every other day. so we were stuck in the pench for a while. we'll be seeing the president tomorrow so hopefully she'll get back to normal. i am so grateful for my dear heavenly father, we have been so blessed this week. we completed with all our goals and indicators with only 2 days of work. i know that the lord blesses his missionaries not only his missionaries but everyone! i feel so blessed. lets hope my comp gets better! and that we can get our investigators to come to church.
im super excited to talk to my mom this sunday!! :) and my family.

love you all!!! dont forget to pray :)

Week of April 28th

Alrighty definitely one intersting week! We worked so hard this week even though my comp was sick and hurt her foot. Graciela and her daughter Melani came to church yesterday for the first time! i sure hope that she'll want to be coming back. like i said its a sunday i will never forget. NEVER make comments about other religions. we happened to be in Gospel Principles class and someone made a comment about Evangelicas and of course Graciela is evangelica. so she got offended and then it turned into a class of yelling. i didnt even know what to say so i just sat there and listened. so pray that she wont be completely offended and will want to come this upcoming sunday.

Sadly, our cute old married couple didnt come to church this week either. so we're hoping that we can regain some confidence somehow with them. we are hoping for some great miracles in May. we've found some great couples that are juntados so hopefully they'll get married!!! vamos a trabajar a full!!!!!!!!!!!! one of the crazy things i did last week was teach in a cemetery. the cemeterys are super weird you can see the coffins!!

Mel congrats on the baptisms of your investigators hard work does pay off :) I found out that i should be talking to my family for mother's day in 2 weeks im pretty excited. i love you all!!!! and hope you all are enjoying yourselves.

con mucho amor! Abrazos en todos los lados!!! :)
