Easter!

Well i hope that everyone enjoyed Easter and not just the  chocolate eggs. But i hope you all remembered about our Salvador, Jesucristo. Not only did he die for each and everyone of us. But we also know that He lives. Estoy muy agradecida por mi Salvador, Jesucristo. Y se que el vive! :)

So this week sadly, Juan y Maria Elena couldnt come to church this week due to family visits. But we did have a miracle happen!!!!!!!!! i cant tell you how happy i was when i saw her. A past new investigator that we taught only once showed up yesterday. i think i literrally jumped for joy! Her name is Alicia and in her late 60´s. She said she just had to come because "son divinas" I guess us yanquis are just divine. She really enjoyed the whole church experience i hope that she will want to come next week. I was praying for a miracle that saturday night and i got it! Alicia is my little Easter miracle :)

im still here in this crazy big city with Hna León. im excited to start this week. i know that the lord is always answering my prayers in his time. i hope you all are doing well!!!!!!!!! i sure miss you all and love you all.

Week of April 14th

Bueno como siempre yo tengo cambios cada traslado. Alright so im still here in good ol´ morón :) but now i have a new comp!!! her name is Hna. León and she´s from Bolivia. she is so hard working and awesome. she´s 26 yrs old. and this is her second time out in the mission field. i guess she got sick in her first mission and got sent home after 9 months and now after a couple years of recovery she´s in the buenos aires west mission. so if she finishes her time out here the will have served more than 2 years she´ll beat the elders!!! hahah wow no?

im excited to better in my espanol because i think it went a little down hill with my comps from yanqui-landia hahah. and its not their fault its mine! we had a great week with all the changes. we found a cute old couple and guess what!!! they´re married!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! seriously i had a smile from ear to ear with that news. they came to church and it was so great to see them there!! :) im thinking that they are going to get baptized.

sorry for the huge bummer news last week. im doing alright. but feel so empty without a camera! :( but its okay! i know that the lord is blessing me out here and yes even when i feel so alone. im so grateful for the news to hear that someone was baptized in my extended family. im so happy that i cried to hear the news. im so grateful for this Gospel and for the happiness it brings in my life. and to see it change the lives of everyone around me.

hope you all are having a lovely week!!! love you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Conference Weekend!

Alright so let´s just get to the gist. this week was full of miracles I'm telling you!!! my comp was super sick so we did have to stay in for some days. but with the little time that we had to work. we got all that we needed and i know that the Lord was blessing us big time. Mirta with one leg came to conference with us for the first session on saturday. we bought a remis(taxi) and it was so worth it!hah the talks touched her to the point where she starting to cry. thank you general conference. the second session we had our neighbor also named Mirta come with us and she´s golden because she invited her neighbors. so then we can 3 people with us for the second sess on saturday. miracles!!!!! afterwards we had a little lesson with a member and i felt the spirit so strong i almost began to cry. i asked them, ¿Creen que estos hombres son llamados por Dios? do you believe that these men are called by God? and they said yes!!! they said that felt something inside like peace. that was the spirit. they are are going to ask if this is the true church. and i know that they are going to recieve their answer. look! they already have it, they felt it :)

After this leccion de diez, sadly i realized that my bag had been stolen. and of course i had my camera in it! and the keys of our pench!! never leave your bag unattended even in the chapel of our church... lesson learned. luckily with presidents help we got home safely. yepp i got robbed right after conference.
so the whole saturday i watched conference in spanish my investigators sakes.

Sunday the first session none of our investigadores could come that we planned. the first session i got to watch it in english. the second session we tried to find more investigadores to come but they couldnt. and with all the traveling we ending up watching in spanish. because we are cheap. i will be honest i cried, i felt so dumb. but i can say this mel i know how you feel!! and after all said and done im so grateful for this week. i feel blessed yes even though i got robbed doesnt matter. i have never felt so spiritually lifted in my life. The Lord is just keeping me in check. I love Him.

I hope you all enjoyed conference!!!! and thought of me when someone mentioned Argentina!! the best mission in the world :D help the missionaries!!!! think of someone to share the Gospel i promise you will feel so much joy until it overflows. and then follow up on them because you love them. i love you all so much and i am grateful for this time to serve full time to the Lord. I love Him with all my heart and soul. and i know that He loves each and every single one of you personally!!!!!
have a great week :)) love you all!!! to my friends and family thinking about a mission. Do it. you wont regret it if you go for the right reason.
